We work to remove the stigma behind the psychological and emotional battles we deal with each day, and educates members in becoming the most balanced versions of themselves.
Afterall, mental health is the new physical health!

It is difficult to see in ourselves, what others see in us. A consultation serves to measure each individuals knowledge of themselves from a neutral perspective. Self awareness is key to creating the best version of one self. By identifying your degree of mental awareness, you can create a current location and destination in mental wellness and personal wellbeing.

Time is our most valuable asset. Unfortunately. the majority of us do not know how to act as such. Knowledge and Action must go hand in hand. Weekly Plans create a clear map for each of the 5, or 7 days of the week as you prefer. Plans are highly specific to each individual, their needs, and lifestyles.

One of the best things in life is having another person to learn from. Both people are able to learn from one another and supplement each other's wellness. Our gift in being vastly different from each other, is being able to find what we are missing in others. MH Mentoring creates a journey to develop our mental balance and stability. The complexity of our minds, and the power of our emotions is ever changing, and it is critical that we continue to learn about ourselves each and every day to the best of our capacity.

Companionship services are intended to foster authentic connection dissolved of attachment and obligation. Companion services are complimentary and available in various session lengths.
